Emergency Tank Cleaning Kit

A compact, documented onboard reserve for difficult tank-cleaning situations — ready when normal supply is delayed, unavailable, used up or too expensive at short notice.

Four buckets. One emergency box.

  • Four buckets of Masava Tank Cleaner Solid
  • Mixing paddle
  • Chemical gloves
  • Safety glasses
  • User guide / onboard instruction sheet
  • Product information and safety documentation

Just add water.

Masava Tank Cleaner Solid is mixed onboard with water according to the supplied mixing guide. This gives the vessel a concentrated tank-cleaning option without storing large volumes of diluted liquid chemical drums.

The kit strengthens the vessel’s tank-cleaning readiness by placing a practical fallback option onboard before supply becomes urgent.

When the usual product is unavailable, delayed, used up or too expensive to deliver at short notice, the CleanForCargo Emergency Kit gives the vessel a practical fallback option already onboard.

Technically documented before fleet deployment.

The Emergency Kit is supported by IMO approval information, coating compatibility documentation, Safety Data Sheet, Mixing Guide and onboard handling information. The documentation package is available for technical managers, marine operations teams and superintendents before deployment.

The Emergency Kit is especially relevant after:

Vegetable oils Fish oils Animal oils Fatty acids Greases Similar cargo residues

The product can be used according to the supplied Mixing Guide and onboard instructions. For difficult cleaning situations, the technical team can review the Mixing Guide, Safety Data Sheet and coating documentation before fleet deployment.
